I had a vision after a period of fasting and praying. In this vision I saw mantles lying on the ground of nations and continents. The mantles were everywhere. While very old, they were not worn out. When I asked, "What are these mantles?" I heard the voice of the Lord say, "This is the mantle of Elijah. It is the authority to call down fire from Heaven. It is also the authority to speak to the wind and the waves and have them obey. This mantle is available for those who will pick them up and put them on--but be careful!
